Easy to order bike, good comms, great service, no problems

Easy to order, fast delivery and delighted with purchase - coat is well made and very good quality

During a gardening project I unfortunately damaged our lovely wooden swing seat beyond any hope of repair and needed a quick alternative garden seating arrangement. Ordering from Tiso was easy and delivery prompt. The folding camping chairs suit our needs well for the immediate purpose and I anticipate once we have a new swing seat the collapsable nature of these seats will serve on days out. They appear well made and certainly easy to use.

I ordered two items then was contacted to inform me that the goods were in stock but would take longer than usuaI to be delivered. I was given the opportunity for a full refund (wish I had done now) but said I was happy to wait. I only recieved one item as the other item WAS actually out of stock. Wanting the two items to wear together I wanted to return the single item. After requesting a returns label which was refused, and emailing the second time to request my return postage costs they did not even reply to me. Why should I be out of pocket because Tiso cannot fulfil my order.

I was very happy with delivery time , unfortunately the item was to small , I wasn’t happy that I had to pay for returning, had I known this I might have ordered the two sizes . So not sure I’ll use again
